2D view: background color quick change buttons don't work!

Hi, guys.
That's a small bug, but needs a fix anyway.
To repro:
1) Create a new compo and leave Alpha Layer unchecked.
2) Now that you are in the Compo try to change background color by using the three little buttons in the left bottom corner of the 2D view. You won't see any change.

Yep, we noticed this bug recently. It only happens when the compo is empty. Normally, as soon as you have one layer, the problem disappears.
Will fix this one soon

Just checked the issue. It's still there.

Try this sequence and see that the buttons still don't work

Hum this is normal that if you leave alpha layer unchecked that the compo background color is displayed instead of "widget background color" thoses buttons control the background color behind the compo...

For the next release the button should be hidden if your compo doesn't have alpha layer (and so avoid confusion)
