Hi Steffey,
Smode was developed on Windows 7 64bit since 2009.
We still ensure that our compilation settings let Windows 7 target be still supported for Smode 8.4.
But third party libraries used by Smode evolve, and in a near future, we may be forced to drop the Windows 7 target support.
We currently have customers running Smode on Windows 7 for concert events.
But to be honest, we only have Windows 10 64bit Operating systems installed in our test environment since several years from now.
So on the paper, it should work perfectly, but we cannot ensure professional quality support on this platform.
Note that Microsoft Mainstream support for Windows 7 ended on January 13, 2015.
(Extended support will end on January 14, 2020)
So I doubt this is a good stability guaranty and I can only sugest you to update to Windows 10.
Best Regards
