Today I got an error while installing a game saying, "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0-dll is missing". What is this error about? How to fix it? Any solutions on this topic, please?

@alex, Thanks for your reply. I updated the Windows Update but didn't help me. But I solved it another way. I searched online the issue besides this forum, I came to know about the DLL site and downloaded the file from here: https://dlldownloads.com/api-ms-win-crt-heap-l1-1-0-dll/. I removed the older file with the file from here and rebooted my PC. That worked for me and now I don't have an issue at all.
