I am trying to explore ways to get 1 3D object to follow the edge/path of another.
For point of Reference, in Cinema4D I am able to tell a Sphere Object to follow the Path of a Spline, and I can animate that travel path with keyframes.
In my Smode project, I am able to create a Helix to imitate a wavy line, and I am able to create a Sphere. I am at a loss for a method or a Modifier that might allow for my Smode ball to travel along my Smode Helix. Ideally in a way that the sphere will still follow the Helix path if I edit the Helix shape.
Any insight on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.
