Can Smode output MIDI?

Is it possible for Smode to output MIDI messages or web api calls?

Looking for a way to use Smode and vMix - create live transitions in Smode and tell vMix when to cut"under" the Smode transitions. Similar to a stinger in a video switcher.

vMix loves MIDI input. It also can take api commands in the form a specific web url.
example : http://localhost:8088/API/?Function=Cut

Can Smode output either of those control methods?

Hi Peter,

MidiMessageSender is still on our roadmap without time to do it.
Of course sponsored development may help to sort that out.

But thanks to Python integration in the Smode 9.1 (mid September) release you will be able to send Web api calls, certainly midi too and much more.

I found a good workflow with vMix sending a Midi message to Smode. It's a trick, but works well.
