Coding video file

Hello all, i just discovered this great piece of software and i'm trying to understand it better.
I have some little problem in coding files more precisely i have some trouble in encoding one file with audio and video, now using Adobe Media Encoder i need to export two separate file one for hap video and one for aiff audio because if i export only one file with both video and audio i can't have smode to read audio from the file neither re-transcoding it inside the smode software.

how do you export your video files with audio to be compatible with smode?

i'm sorry if this is a quite stupid question but it is the only big problem i found till now.

Indeed today, you need to create two separate audio and video files to allow Smode be able to read them.

But Smode allow you to transcode a separate video file like this:

And, in a second time, a separate audio file like that:
