"%AppData%\Smode Studio\dumps\" folder contains .dmp files in case of Smode Crash
Reachable from Smode preference panel:

You can zip this folder and set it to support@smode.fr with your SVG file.

I reproduced your problem and reported it to Alex
normally SVG layer import shouldn't be possible outside a composition
so you need to import your SVG file into a composition.
