How to connect elements to 3D virtual screen

Hi, in Station 8.5, looking at the "Led Panel Layers" project, I was trying to learn how to use 3D virtual screens. There is one thing I don't understand how to do: How do you selectively connect elements to the 3D virtual screen, like is being done on "PERSP 1" virtual screen?

Hello!
Best way to connect stage element to a 3D virtual screen is to lock your parameter editor on the virtual screen and drag and drop stage elements in the impacted elements list.
locking your viewport on the stage will help you to see what happen.

To be precise: you need to drop your stage elements in the parameter called "Elements".

There are two modes:
- If 'Exclude' is disabled, it means "Elements is the list of sub-trees that will be impacted by the virtual screen"
- If 'Exclude' is enabled, it means "Everything will be impacted by the virtual screen, except the list of sub-trees in the Elements parameter"

In all cases, the resulting list of led screens and surfaces will be displayed in the "Impacted Elements" parameter.

It's a bit ugly and we have an issue on this since some amount of time, I know

ok, thanks guys. Easy when you know how!
one issue I noticed is that the "Impacted Elements" won't update unless I toggle visibility of a stage element in the element tree.
