How to synchronize the movement of a real object with an object in smode?

Hello Guys !

I have a task: it is necessary to synchronize the movement of the real object with the object in s mode. A real object can send data over udp. You want to sync only the data about the movement of the x-axis

Tell me is there any standard modules processing data received via the udp or have any additional modules for smode ?

Hello Titov,

Simplest way to go to solve this is to use the OSC protocol. If you manage to send the real object X position as an OSC value to Smode, then linking it to the Smode's object position is simply done by doing a right click -> "Learn" (see the "Learning" section in http://smode.fr/doc/ref/link.htm.
