Is it possible to use Smode as video cue player?

Hey guys,
is it possible to use Smode as a Video cue Player (like Resolume Arena or Arkaos) and to control those cues via MIDI?
Or is it only possible to use the videos within the time line? Or maybe there´s a way to start and stop each video by dedicated MIDI notes...? I want to use this feature for a non-commercial theatre play and we don´t have much money.
Any idea?

Hey!
Yes it's possible. You have multiple way to do this.
The first one would be to connect your midi to the play/pause/activate button with the "learn" function.
You also have the possibilities to put every video in timeline with cue point that can be triggered in midi too.
I advice you to look the composition called "time Markers.compo" in the features pack.
i strongly advice you to transcodeyour video in hap directly from smode in order to use it (right click on your file in the Files panel).

In Smode STATION you can create a cue list like that ..
And control this with your midi controler like you wish ..

No money ? No trouble .. in Smode STUDIO .. you can assign your midi controller to play your selected video ..and mute other video... OR assign Timeline Position cue .. at the PARAMETERS Tree and learn "APPLY NOW" with you midi controller..

Just before export the TimeLine Position like that ..
(Expose as Second Parametres)
