Is there a limit to NDI inputs?

We are testing some configs for a potential projects. Currently, I have 7 NDI inputs working.
Is there a limit to the number of NDI inputs a Smode Project can use?
(Aside from CPU limitations... )

There are no limit of inputs in Smode Station 8
you will limited by your hardware like you say
