Just a quick explanation:
When you export a video, you export the visuals and datas that are in the timeline of your animation. Those datas can be keyframes, or function and are the only way to tell to Smode what to export as animation and visual. This compose a classical Linear animation that can be exported.
However, any animations that are generated thanks 
links, do not work with keyframes or functions. And Smode doesn't listen any control input during the export of a video.
At this point, you have 2 solutions.
1) Record with another software:
like OBS, you just have to create a video output device and record your video with it.
2) Directly in Smode
Which means that you need a way to transform the datas of a link, to a 
function that can be understood by a timeline.
And guess what, there is one 
!
If you select your timeline and go in advanced parameter you will see this option
this option activate the possibilitie of recording function that are in custom mode.
a custom function is the pen option when you put your mouse over the animation mode of any track:
By default, this option allow you to draw a function in a panel to animate your content (it's funny, ttry it if you discover this 
)
But in this case we will tell to Smode to draw it autmatically in timeline when this one will play.
Before that, a little tips:
take the reflex to expose the parameter you wan't to connect in a 
as 
percentage and connect this to your link. It organise better your compo.
Onceyou have done that, simply drag and drop any percentage in your timeline. Swith there mode to custom function. Active the record custom function and play a first time.
Your animation is ended. Deactivate the record custom function and export your video
And that's it
