How do I transfer my license from dongle to dongle? (The dongle is broken and I have another one, so want to transfer the license)

Starting to v9.1, Smode Station software was just renamed into Smode Designer.

This to clarify and reserve the "Station" word for Software+Hardware bundle.

I work with Shay Bonder, we seem to have 3 dongles of study and another 1 that he is working on,
We have a project that I want to run with the smode, what is the best way to learn to run as a media server?
