Nvidia GPU is not shown in Preferences/GPU settings

In the Preferences ,GPU Settings I can only choose my built in Intel Graphics , not my Nvidia Quadro M3000.
I am wondering, because evereything just worked fine, suddenly as I was working on a more complex 3 D Project Smode broke down.
Since then I can t choose my GNvidia.In Preferences GPU Setting is in red Colour.

I did not Change any Driver or System configuration.

As mentioned here: http://smode.fr/doc/quickstart/installation.htm:

Note that if you run Smode with a Laptop using Nvidia Optimus or AMD Enduro technology, the highest performances GPU will be used without letting this choices available.

You might be in that case. I advice you to try forcing using the nvidia card in the nvidia drivers thanks to the procedure described here:
