Problem with video device input

Hello i am trying to use my Fuji Xt3 as live video input. I have added in preferences the DIRECTSHOW XT3 webcam, then when i add in 2d layer the video input, i can only see the box, empyt in the windows compo.
I was able to set up the live video on my laptop using the builtin camera.
Any help?

Hello
The Fuji Xt3 is a capture card that supports Directshow ?
Have you tried with another software ? ( like OBS studio)

does the video input Device have any warning or error ? ( you can sent a screenshot )
have you tried to change the direct show setting

Does the device have a resolution and a framerate ? ( and the change is going up )

fuji use a small software that act as interface between camera and pc. I have tried with software like Zoom and work
I cannot open the STREAM Properties as well as the other properties field though.
I have this error in the bottom, but i have the same on laptop with webcam that is working

also i see the change number changing, and the format is 1024x768

this error means that this directShow codec is not supported by Smode
try to change the codec in the software you are using

You were talking about a

you probably can look into it

overwise try to look into the STREAM Properties,the windows can open on another monitor sometimes ( because it's WindowsSetting )

stream properties don't open. Also i cannot change any setting in the sw that act as interface

the stream properties can open behind Smode you can try alt-tab to bring it in front
overwise we need to develop the support for this codec and it will be for a new version not for Studio

another way you can look ( but I can't help ) is to use obs to convert the DirectShow to Spout that you can use in Smode
