Save is disabled and there's no undo or clipboard

I have SMODE station 8.6 with the HD licence (2948 x 1200) but my save (cnrt + S) is greyed out, also CUT COPY and PASTE are all unavailable. Any ideas?

Hi Kit,

Are you using Smode Station Demo instead of Smode Station software installer?
Are you using the last Smode Station 8.6.12?
Does greyed command display "(Demo Version)" caption?
Did you edit a read-only Compo or Project sample from Smode Standard Pack?
Can you send us your Dongle Context file, helping us to validate it contains correct license by following this procedure?

Hi Alex,

Not using the demo, yes its 8.6.12

it does not say demo version

Strangely, if I open another project and I go back to the original project then save is unlocked again.

Hi Kit,

Can you try double click on the attached license update when your dongle is plugged just to see if things are going better when you restart Smode.

In fact downgrade the 8.6 documentation for the 8.6 Smode Version solve the issue

Unzip Installation path:
C:\programData\Smode Station\Packages

(think to delete the Smode 9.1 documentation folder)

Restart Smode
