There is no solution to do that in the public version for now. The internal version is targeted towards our own shader system (based on GLSL), not something like shader toy or ISF, which will take a bit of work but is doable. And it would open Smode to a huge variety of generators/modifiers, so that's definitely a direction we want to take.
We know that's a feature that might interest people, so we will push its release if we see a lot of requests for it.
