Shifting squares on a grid

Hi,
I'm looking for a way to modify a texture by dividing it in let's say 10 raws & 10 columns. And then having a way to shift the content of each of these "cells".
I've been playing with grid points, Sprite selector, texture coordinate, but I don't find any way to start with the texture " correctly" mapped on my squares. I guess I need to feed a Gradient or some kind of texture that the uv ccordinates are " straight", but I don't find how...
I hope that's not too unclear...

Sorry for the delay a was on many subject right now.

If the number of rows and columns are fixed,
You may play with a dedicated content map in your project
And create grid of content area like this:

You can rename the area to fit your need then create processors in the pipeline that can receive each part of your content area by creating pipeline layer like this
