We are in the process of developing the tool allowing you to save and share presets. For now it's still internal because rudimentary. But note that when we'll release it, it will be a feature of Smode Studio, not included in Synth ! You will still be able to install and use preset libraries made with Smode Studio, but you won't be able to create or edit presets in Synth.
