Snap video layer to edge of content area?

I have a video that I need to be perfectly snapped to the edge of the content area. I have snapping turned on but how to I make it snap to the edge?

Not sure of what you ask, but you have the possibility to use the placement option with associated shortcuts:

Normally, targetting a layer to a content area should automatically fit it to the size of the area
